Creating Something New

As a new CEO, and someone that is entirely new to the automotive industry as a whole, I aim to have true impact in every area that I commit myself to. That includes my community. I built E-ppliance to be a company that defies conventional ways of doing things, defies complacency, and instead inspires new thought, builds new realities, and carries the torch that will guide the way for the next generation to build a new future. I aim to inspire anyone and everyone so that they too can reach any height that they put their minds to. I want to show people who come from similar backgrounds as myself that you can in fact break the mold that was casted for you. YOU are the answer. YOU are capable. In all honesty, this was one of the biggest driving factors in creating this company. I wanted to follow my own dreams and also work to set a new standard in not only my community, but the communities around the nation as well. We at E-ppliance are dedicated to uplifting the communities we serve. When the team is not working in house, we aim to spend our time in Philadelphia public schools through a “Big Brother” mentorship program to show the youth that there are people who have been in their shoes that have made a new life for themselves.

Currently the city of Philadelphia is in a crisis. We are failing our children and causing them to fall behind. They are lost and being misguided due to a lack of representation in the areas that matter most. We have neighborhoods that have fallen victim to food deserts, and we have what appears to be sections of the city that have given up hope for a better life. Now, I am not saying that we at E-ppliance alone can change all of this ourselves, afterall, we are an automotive company. That said, creating change will take a village to rebuild this city. As the leader of my company, and citizen within this city, I feel it to be my civil duty to work to ignite the spark in the hearts and minds of my fellow people so that they can build something new.

E-ppliance is more than a company, we are a movement.
